In case you haven't noticed, I'm kind of a nerd. I ❤ numbers. And statistics. And now, I'm going to give you a whole bunch of them. Woo!
Here's a little recap of my weight loss journey thus far.
Before I got pregnant, I was: 145 lbs
Right before I went into labor, I was: 171 lbs
Total weight gained during pregnancy: 26 lbs
Weight at two week postpartum checkup: 154 pounds (17 pounds went poof! Gotta love that!)
Weight at the start of July: 149 lbs
Waist: 31 in.
Hips: 41 in.
Weight at the start of August: 140 lbs
Waist: 29 in.
Hips: 39 in.
Weight at the start of September: 137 lbs
Waist: 28.5 in.
Hips: 38.5 in.
TODAY, I weigh 133 pounds.
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 38 inches
I lost four pounds last week! Not sure how that happened. Maybe because I didn't have time to eat ... or cook ... or go grocery shopping. Technically, you're not supposed to lose more than two pounds a week while nursing, but I figure it's okay just this once. Yay!
The squishy is melting!!! It's MMMELLLTTTINNNGGGG ...
